Qiddiya Investment Company is seeking a dedicated and experienced Senior Manager - Commercial to join our team, where you will play a pivotal role in driving our commercial initiatives. This position requires a strategic thinker with exceptional leadership abilities, as you will oversee commercial operations for large-scale projects and ensure they align with the company’s overarching goals.
Responsibilities- Lead the development and execution of commercial strategies to enhance project profitability and market position.
- Conduct thorough analysis of market trends and pricing strategies to inform decision-making and optimize commercial activities.
- Collaborate with project management teams to integrate commercial insights into project planning and execution.
- Prepare and negotiate contracts with suppliers, vendors, and partners, ensuring favorable terms for the company.
- Oversee financial performance, monitoring budgets, forecasts, and expenditure against targets.
- Mentor and guide a team of commercial professionals, fostering a performance-driven culture.
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and external partners to facilitate collaboration and drive project success.
- Prepare and present comprehensive reports on commercial performance and strategic recommendations to senior management.
- Stay abreast of industry developments to continually refine and enhance commercial strategies.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field; an MBA is preferred.
- 10-12 years of experience in commercial management roles, particularly in large-scale projects within the entertainment, construction, or real estate sectors.
- Proven track record in formulating and implementing successful commercial strategies.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial data and market trends.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders.
- Demonstrated leadership capability in managing teams and driving performance.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Proficient in commercial management software and project management tools.
