Risk Manager

The Risk Manager is responsible for establishing, implementing, and overseeing the Company’s Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) framework in accordance with the laws, regulations, and governance requirements applicable in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and in line with recognized international best practices.

• Develop, implement, and maintain an Enterprise Risk Management framework aligned with ISO 31000 and applicable Saudi regulatory requirements.
• Identify, assess, evaluate, and monitor strategic, operational, financial, regulatory, and compliance risks.
• Maintain and periodically update the corporate risk register and risk heat maps.
• Facilitate risk assessments and workshops with business units and senior management.
• Define risk appetite, tolerance levels, and Key Risk Indicators (KRIs).
• Monitor the implementation and effectiveness of risk treatment plans.
• Prepare periodic risk reports for executive management and the Board.
• Coordinate with Internal Audit, Compliance, and Cybersecurity functions.

• Strong analytical and reporting skills.
• Knowledge of Saudi regulatory frameworks.
• Proficiency in English;
  Arabic preferred.

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (Master’s preferred).
• 6–8 years of relevant experience in risk management or governance.
• Professional certifications such as ISO 31000, CRISC, or equivalent preferred.
