Director Governance - Residential; DEL

Qiddiya Investment Company is seeking a dynamic and experienced Governance Director for Residential Development to lead our governance initiatives within the residential sector. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that all residential development projects comply with regulatory requirements and uphold the highest standards of governance. This is an exciting opportunity to influence the development of innovative residential communities in Saudi Arabia.

• Develop and implement governance frameworks for residential development projects.
• Ensure adherence to local regulations and internal policies, managing compliance assessments and audits.
• Provide leadership and direction to project teams, ensuring that governance practices are integrated into all phases of residential development.
• Facilitate regular governance meetings, collaborating with stakeholders to review and address governance-related matters.
• Prepare and present reports on governance issues and compliance performance to senior management and the board.
• Identify and mitigate governance risks associated with residential projects, ensuring timely resolution of issues.
• Promote a culture of ethical behavior and compliance throughout the organization.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Law, or a relevant field.
• Proven experience of 10-15 years in governance, compliance, or risk management, ideally within the residential development sector.
• Strong understanding of applicable laws, regulations, and best practices in residential governance.
• Exceptional leadership and people management skills.
• Ability to communicate complex governance issues in a clear and concise manner.
• Strong analytical capabilities, with a keen eye for detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
• Proficiency in stakeholder management and the ability to work collaboratively across teams.
