AboutThe Role
The Mozn brand is alive within a plethora of stakeholder touchpoints and therefore the most suitable candidate for the Senior Solutions Director position would have a proven track record in consulting, exceptional leadership skills, a deep understanding of the industry, and a strong ability to close deals. You will be leading and growing our Solutions Team by providing strategic direction, building client relationships, driving business development efforts, and closing deals.
In addition, collaborate with cross‑functional teams, manage client engagements, and ensure the successful delivery of Solutions projects.
- Ensure project profitability by meeting or exceeding defined gross margin targets and proactively managing cost efficiency throughout the engagement lifecycle.
- Achieve excellence in delivery by consistently meeting project milestones, maintaining high client satisfaction scores and delivering engagements within scope, budget, and timeline.
- Support business development activities by helping identify potential engagement opportunities and contributing to the expansion of client relationships.
- Contribute to supporting sales teams to building and maintaining a strong network of clients and industry contacts to enable awareness, collaboration, and future opportunities.
- Develop and maintain long‑term client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor and understanding their business needs, positioning Mozn as the tech partner of choice.
- Identify and pursue upsell and cross‑sell opportunities within existing client accounts.
- Support on negotiations and contract discussions to successfully close deals.
- Support sales team on developing and executing effective sales strategies to convert leads into revenue‑generating engagements.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders, such as the BD team, subject matter experts, and executives, to develop compelling value propositions and win new business.
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of client needs, industry trends, and competitive landscape to position our services effectively and close deals successfully.
- Provide strategic direction and vision for the consulting practice, aligning it with the overall organizational goals and objectives.
- Develop and execute a business plan to drive growth, profitability, and market expansion.
- Define and implement consulting methodologies, best practices, and standards to ensure consistent and high‑quality service delivery.
- Foster a culture of excellence, collaboration, and innovation within the consulting practice.
- Oversee the successful delivery of projects, ensuring client satisfaction, quality, and timeliness.
- Lead project teams, providing guidance, mentorship, and support to consultants and analysts.
- Monitor project progress, manage risks, and make proactive adjustments to ensure successful outcomes.
- Actively engage with clients throughout the project lifecycle, managing expectations and providing strategic insights.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices relevant to the consulting practice.
- Develop thought leadership content, including white papers, articles, and presentations, to enhance the firm's reputation and attract new clients.
