About this opportunity:

We are seeking an experienced Real Estate & Build Project Manager to lead delivery of integrated real estate, workplace strategies, and manage build projects across Saudi Arabia, the Gulf and MEA North. The role is accountable for management of the regional real estate portfolio, delivery of office building projects, cost control, IFM partner performance and stakeholder engagement. You will work closely with IT, Security, EHS, Internal Audit, Compliance and Finance to ensure alignment with corporate objectives, regulatory requirements and sustainability targets.

What you will do:
  • Real Estate subject matter expert with the authority for lease transactions, workplace development, and management of construction projects as part of the EMEA Real Estate team.
  • Develop and implement regional real estate strategies aligned with corporate objectives and Global Real Estate principles.
  • Leading and supporting pre‑studies to support business decisions for Real Estate leases and investments.
  • Manage the regional portfolio including acquisitions, dispositions and lease negotiations.
  • Lead delivery of office building projects from planning through handover, ensuring schedule, scope and budget compliance.
  • Provide technical expertise and support for build projects and workplace development projects.
  • Manage regional real estate budgets, forecasting and cost control to optimise financial performance.
  • Build and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders, brokers, developers, investors and government authorities.
  • Act as the primary business advisor on workplace experience, space utilisation and cost‑saving initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with local laws, regulations and corporate governance standards.
  • Lead and develop a multidisciplinary team of real estate professionals, consultants and suppliers.
  • Manage performance and collaboration with the outsourced Integrated Facility Management (IFM) partner.
  • Drive ESG, risk, compliance and governance objectives in partnership with IFM and internal stakeholders.
  • Use data, digital tools and AI to support decision‑making and drive workplace innovation.
The skills you bring:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree (BA, BSc, MSc or equivalent).
  • 5‑10 years' experience in real estate and workplace management, including operational IFM and stakeholder management; experience with large corporate campuses preferred.
  • Proven leadership and people‑management experience in multicultural environments.
  • Strong commercial acumen and financial analysis skills (budgeting, forecasting, cost control).
  • Demonstrated negotiation, supplier management and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Project and operations management experience delivering complex workplace projects.
  • Knowledge of occupational health & safety, energy management and sustainability/CSR principles.
  • Proficiency in English (written and spoken).
  • High standards of integrity and ethical conduct.
