Join Lenovo as a PCG Engineering Manufacturing Program Management Manager and take the lead in driving New Product Introduction (NPI) projects for notebooks and desktops at the factory level. In this role, you will collaborate with diverse teams and ensure projects are delivered on time, with exceptional quality and efficiency.
Your Responsibilities- Manage the full lifecycle of NPI projects, including initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and delivery.
- Coordinate cross‑functional teams within the factory (Engineering, Quality, Production, IE, FE) to ensure timely and efficient project execution.
- Guide the team in conducting project reviews, identifying process and execution issues, and driving accountability and continuous improvement.
- Provide regular updates to factory management and corporate teams on milestones, risks, and mitigation plans.
- Develop and optimize project management processes and standards to enhance execution capability.
- Lead personnel management and capability development within the MPM team.
- Foster collaboration and professional growth across the team.
- Ensure adherence to quality and efficiency standards throughout all project phases.
- Bachelor’s degree or above in Industrial Engineering, Electronic Engineering, Project Management, or related fields.
- Minimum 8 years of project management experience in manufacturing; experience in server or electronics sectors preferred.
- Strong knowledge of NPI processes and factory‑level project management systems.
- Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies (e.g., BMS, Gantt charts, risk management).
- Excellent English communication skills for global collaboration.
- Demonstrated leadership and team management experience with the ability to inspire and motivate.
- Strong problem‑solving, system‑thinking, and resilience under pressure.
- Exceptional cross‑functional coordination and logical decision‑making skills.
