Coworking Operations Manager will oversee the day-to-day operations of the coworking and serviced space business, ensuring seamless service delivery, optimal facility management, and an exceptional member experience. This role requires a strategic and detail-oriented leader who can manage teams, streamline processes, and maintain operational excellence to support business growth.
Key Accountability Activities- Manage daily operations of coworking spaces, ensuring smooth functioning of all facilities and services.
- Oversee front-of-house operations, member onboarding, and customer support processes.
- Develop, implement, and monitor standard operating procedures (SOPs) to ensure consistency and quality.
- Coordinate with vendors, service providers, and suppliers to maintain uninterrupted services.
- Oversee maintenance, cleaning, health & safety, and security across all workspace facilities.
- Manage allocation of resources such as meeting rooms, shared offices, and event spaces.
- Ensure IT systems, internet connectivity, booking platforms, and office equipment are fully functional.
- Identify opportunities to streamline operations, reduce costs, and enhance efficiency.
- Monitor KPIs and operational metrics; prepare reports and provide actionable insights to senior management.
- Ensure compliance with local regulations, health & safety standards, and company policies.
- Conduct regular risk assessments and emergency preparedness drills.
- Act as the bridge between members and management, addressing escalated operational concerns.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Hospitality, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
- Minimum 7–10 years of operations management experience, preferably in coworking, real estate, hospitality, or service industries.
- Proven track record in leading operational teams and achieving performance targets.
- Strong problem-solving, organizational, and decision‑making skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency with operational software, booking systems, and facility management tools.
