An established and fast‑growing facilities management platform in Saudi Arabia is seeking a highly accomplished Chief Operating Officer (COO) to lead and transform nationwide operations.

This is a pivotal executive leadership role responsible for shaping the operational direction of a large, multi‑service FM business operating across commercial, industrial, and mission‑critical environments. • Define and execute the national operational strategy for facilities management, aligned with corporate objectives and long‑term growth plans.
• Provide leadership across all operational functions, ensuring consistent, high‑quality service delivery across diverse client portfolios.
• Establish clear operating models, governance frameworks, and performance standards across regions and contracts.
• Drive efficiency, scalability, and margin improvement while maintaining exceptional service quality.
• Ensure full compliance with Saudi regulations, safety standards, and environmental requirements.

• Embed a culture of standardisation, accountability, and continuous improvement across all FM operations.
• Design and implement robust KPIs, dashboards, and performance management systems

• Partner with technology and IT teams to integrate digital tools into FM workflows.
• Stay ahead of emerging technologies and identify opportunities to improve resilience, efficiency, and client outcomes.
