Job Description
Black & Grey HR is recruiting for a leading avian breeding facility. Our client is seeking a skilled Incubator Incharge with strong expertise in falcon incubation to manage egg incubation and hatching processes. This role requires precision, technical know-how, and the ability to supervise assistants to ensure successful hatch rates.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee incubation operations, ensuring optimal temperature, humidity, and egg-turning schedules.
- Manage incubator assistants and provide technical guidance.
- Monitor hatching progress and address issues proactively.
- Maintain detailed incubation logs and hatch records.
- Coordinate with falcon experts and supervisors to align incubation with breeding programs.
- Proven expertise in falcon incubation processes.
- Hands‑on experience with incubation machinery and techniques.
- Strong organizational and supervisory skills.
- Excellent reporting and record-keeping ability.
