Job Description

• Lead and manage strategic planning, execution, and performance monitoring across key business units.
• Develop and implement operational frameworks that enhance productivity, reduce costs, and improve service delivery.
• Oversee the performance of departmental teams, including goal setting, performance evaluations, and talent development.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Finance, or a related field; MBA preferred.
• 2–5 years of progressive management experience in a corporate or enterprise environment.
• Proven track record in leading teams, managing complex projects, and delivering results under pressure.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills with data-driven mindset.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities with senior stakeholders.
• Proficiency in project management tools, ERP systems, and business intelligence platforms.
• Experience in strategic planning, operational optimization, and process improvement methodologies.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment with minimal supervision.
