- Responsible for the day-to-day operational management of the Riyadh Service Station, including the receipt and dispatch of goods, and warehouse management.
- Ensures timely delivery of goods, coordinates interdepartmental collaboration, and enhances fulfilment efficiency.
- Manages and guides team members, develops work plans and procedures, and improves team performance.
- Oversee warehouse management, encompassing goods receipt and dispatch, inventory control, and loss prevention.
- Analyse and resolve operational issues arising during logistics processes to guarantee seamless supply chain operations.
- Bachelor's degree or higher, preferably in Logistics Management or Retail Operations Management.
- Minimum 3 years' experience in logistics operations and retail store management; candidates with team management experience preferred.
- Thorough understanding of logistics operational procedures and relevant regulations, with strong problem-solving capabilities.
- Excellent communication skills and teamwork ethos, with the ability to effectively coordinate interdepartmental collaboration.
- Strong adaptability and capacity to maintain a positive work attitude in high-pressure environments.
- English proficiency sufficient for workplace communication.
