The QHSE & Process Improvement Manager is responsible for leading the Quality, Health, Safety, Environment (QHSE), Process Excellence, and Continuous Improvement functions across Alkhorayef Commercial Company. The role ensures full compliance with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, and regulatory requirements while driving performance through Lean methodologies, governance, and structured process improvement.
This role strengthens aftersales operations, supports digital transformation, IT enhancements, and workflow automation initiatives. The position is hybrid/remote
, combining virtual work with occasional on-site visits, and collaborates with various departments to enhance operational performance. Fluency in Arabic and English is required.
- Develop and execute the QHSE & Operational Excellence strategy across all business units.
- Maintain and enhance the Integrated Management System (IMS) in line with corporate governance.
- Review, revise, and develop professional SOPs, processes, and procedures.
- Ensure alignment with corporate governance requirements and internal audit findings.
- Lead ISO 9001/14001/45001 certification, audits, and compliance activities.
- Conduct HSE audits, HIRA/JSA assessments, and incident investigations.
- Ensure compliance with Saudi regulatory authorities (Civil Defense, MEWA, MHRSD).
- Improve QA/QC standards across aftersales, service, workshop, and warehouse operations.
- Manage NCRs, complaints, warranty claims, and service quality improvements.
- Lead Lean Six Sigma initiatives, Kaizen events, 5S programs, and process optimization projects.
- Map and optimize key workflows such as Order-to-Cash, Procure-to-Pay, and Service-to-Cash.
- Drive digitization readiness, supporting IT system upgrades and automated workflows.
- Develop dashboards and analytics using Power BI and provide data-driven insights.
- Train and develop internal teams to support future growth and process maturity.
- Collaborate with various departments to ensure unified standards and compliance.
- Contribute to emerging opportunities and strategic business initiatives.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Occupational Safety, or related field.
- 8–12 years of experience in QHSE and Process Improvement, including leadership exposure.
- Proven ability to develop professional SOPs and governance systems.
- Advanced skills in Power BI, analytics, and KPI dashboard reporting.
- Strong experience implementing and managing ISO 9001/14001/45001 standards.
- Knowledge of Saudi regulatory requirements and HSE frameworks.
- Fluency in Arabic and English is mandatory.
