Could you be the full-time Project Manager - POS & SRS in AlUla, we’re looking for?
Your future role
Take on a new challenge and apply your project management expertise in a dynamic and innovative field. You’ll work alongside supportive and collaborative teammates.
You'll play a critical role in ensuring the successful execution of sub-system-level projects, contributing to Alstom's mission of delivering sustainable and cutting-edge transport solutions. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (engineering, procurement, supply chain, and quality), oversee project deliverables, and coordinate cross-functional activities to achieve project objectives.
You’ll specifically take care of managing the Quality, Cost, Delivery, and Performance (QCDP) of your assigned sub-system, but also ensure alignment with project-level strategies and commitments.
Responsibilities- Applying project strategies and ensuring compliance with contractual and project commitments
- Leading and coordinating sub-system activities from requirements capture to project delivery
- Monitoring and controlling sub-system scope, schedule, resources, costs, risks, and opportunities
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution
- Managing interfaces with internal and external stakeholders
- Contributing to project-level improvement initiatives to secure or enhance project performance

- Master's or Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
- 10 years of experience managing operational scopes
- Experience working in multinational environments and diverse business cultures
- Knowledge of project management processes and methodologies
- Strong coordination and communication skills
- Capability to manage multi-functional and multi-site teams
- Result-oriented mindset and problem-solving abilities
- IPMA Level D certification (or equivalent) is desirable
- Knowledge of railway products and industrial activities is a plus
