Them Again is a culture focused, integrated creative agency seeking an experienced Business Director to lead a major automotive client account in Saudi Arabia. In this senior role, you will own the client-agency relationship, driving both creative excellence and commercial success. You will spearhead fully 360° marketing campaigns across all channels (TV, OOH, digital, social, experiential), ensuring they are effective, innovative, and culturally resonant for the Saudi market.
Fluency in English and Arabic is essential, as local insight and language are key to delivering campaigns that truly connect with consumers. This is a full‑time position based in Riyadh; for the right candidate, we offer relocation assistance to join us and start immediately.

LeadClient Partnership
Serve as the primary lead for a large automotive client, managing the end‑to‑end client relationship and acting as a trusted strategic advisor. Ensure client satisfaction by delivering solutions that address their business needs and marketing challenges.
360° Campaign LeadershipDevelop and oversee the execution of fully integrated marketing campaigns across all channels (ATL, BTL, digital, social, PR, experiential). Work with strategists and media planners to translate client briefs into effective communication strategies, ensuring integrated work is delivered for the client across different platforms. Champion creative ideas that resonate with automotive consumers and meet the client’s objectives.
Strategic Planning & InsightProvide strong strategic direction for the automotive account, leveraging your industry knowledge to inform campaign planning. Stay up to date on market trends (e.g. emerging automotive marketing trends in KSA) and consumer insights, using data and research to guide decision‑making. The Saudi automotive market is evolving quickly – from digital transformation to changing consumer behaviours – and you will ensure our client’s campaigns stay ahead of the curve.
TeamLeadership & Collaboration
Manage and mentor a multidisciplinary account team (account managers, creatives, planners, etc.), fostering an environment of collaboration, high performance, and growth. Lead by example to inspire and motivate both your team and agency partners to produce top‑quality work. Coordinate with internal departments and external partner agencies as needed, ensuring everyone is aligned towards the client’s goals.
Financial ManagementTake full P&L responsibility for the account. Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and resource allocation to ensure the account remains profitable and growing. Negotiate contracts and fees with the client (and any partner vendors) as needed, while ensuring deliverables stay within scope and budget. Monitor campaign performance and ROI, demonstrating commercial acumen in maximising value for both the client and the agency.
Client Growth & Business DevelopmentDrive the growth of the client’s business with the agency. Identify opportunities to expand our services or implement new initiatives that further the client’s marketing goals. While this role is focused on an existing major client, you will also approach any new opportunities or pitches (including organic growth) with a creative and commercial mindset to help grow the account.
Quality Control & AccountabilityEnsure the delivery of high‑quality creative work that meets the client’s brand standards and business objectives. Review and approve campaign plans, creative briefs, and deliverables, providing clear feedback to teams. Uphold accountability for results, using analytics and post‑campaign reviews to measure success and recommend improvements.
