Reporting to:
Function Operations Support Manager
Responsibilities:- Manage a team of training specialists, providing guidance and support in designing and delivering training programs.
- Oversee the development and implementation of training plans and initiatives.
- Monitor the effectiveness of training programs and adjust as necessary.
- Conduct performance evaluations to train team members and provide ongoing coaching and development.
- Collaborate with other departments to identify trainingએસત needs and align training initiatives with organisational goals.
