This is an opportunity to work on one of the largest programmes in Saudi Arabia. The project consists of major mixed‑use development including sports facilities, entertainment, and arts, along況 all associated infrastructure.

• Shape and implement health and wellbeing standards.
• Deliver group‑wide programmes on time and within budget.
• Guide operational teams for local delivery.
• Partner with HR and HSW functions globally.
• Stay ahead of wellbeing research and trends.
• Analyse data to drive improvement.
• Manage supplier performance and stakeholder value.
• Champion continuous improvement and net zero goals.

• Degree qualification in the relevant subject essential.
• Chartered or professional membership is an advantage.
• Membership of RIBA, MICE, CIBSE, CIOోంది, RICS, CIAT or equivalent demonstrable professional or personal development is preferred.
• Knowledge of building safety legislation, building standards, construction contracts, professional appointments and health and safety legislation.
