Job Overview

At Six Flags Qiddiya City, the Supervisor – Attraction Operations is responsible for ensuring smooth daily attraction operations and exudes an infectious passion for delivering world‑class, memorable experiences.

Responsibilities
  • Comply with Qiddiya’s code of conduct and ethics.

  • Perform tasks as directed to achieve organizational goals.

  • Supervise and support attraction staff, providing training, guidance and performance evaluations.
  • Ensure that assigned attractions operate smoothly, safely and efficiently, maintaining high standards of safety and guest satisfaction.
  • Schedule, coach and contribute to performance reviews; observe and provide feedback on compliance with company policies such as attendance and grooming.
  • Be available to handle crowd control, guest issues and area problems as they arise.
  • Monitor attraction performance, identify areas for improvement and implement solutions to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Support the team in all aspects of rides & attractions experience; manage fast‑pass, special requests and VIP services as required.
  • Enforce all park policies, procedures and Six Flags standards; maintain consistency with departmental goals for quality, safety and efficiency.
  • Assist with opening procedures, ensuring areas are cleaned, inspected and checked out in the morning before park opening.
  • Complete end‑of‑day procedures with the team and inform the area lead of any irregularities that need to be addressed before the next opening.
  • Communicate any faults, safety issues or staffing problems to management.
  • All other duties as assigned.
Requirements
  • Education:

    High School Certificate (Business management certificates preferred).
  • Experience:

    0‑2 years in a supervisory role within an amusement park or similar industry.
  • Skills:

    Strong problem‑solving skills; ability to lead and train Team Leaders and Team Members; good interpersonal and communication skills; strong interest in operational details and ability to work with all ages, nationalities and genders; ability to work under pressure and independently.
  • Core Competencies (Advanced Level):
    Self‑Actualization & Fulfilment, Team Synergy & Development, Entrepreneurial Mindset & Drive, Business Acumen & Diligence.
