One of our clients in metal industry in Saudi Arabia is hiring for the position of a Project Manager.

Location:
Riyadh

Education:
Bachelor's Degree.

• Manage all activities connected with a project from planning, through design and implementation till completion stage..
• Lead and direct cross-functional teams to perform with constraints of schedules, budgets and resources.
• Interact with clients consultants and building contractor to drive the project and to meet customer's expectations.
• Monitor project progress and maintain good records throughout the project lift cycle
• Ensure performance on project ultimately meets clients expectations in term of quality standards, on-time completion and within cost.
• Attend project, site progress and site related technical meetings..
• Monitor the productivity and the quality of work at site

Requirements:

• BS/MS in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or Architecture.
• 5+ years of experience working in related façade, envelope or contract glazing sector.
• Proficient with MS Project (or similar) and the ability to understand, interpret and create project schedules.
• Proficient with MSOffice suit (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Proficient with PDF editing software such as Bluebeam or Adobe.
• Basic ability with CAD software is a plus.
• Able to travel as required.
• Able to effectively work in an office environment, production environment and job site as required.
• Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
