Deputy COO

Overview

Role Overview: Master-Works is looking for a highly motivated Deputy COO. He/she will support the COO in overseeing the day-to-day operations of Master Works, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and operational efficiency. This role requires a results-driven leader with strong business acumen, execution capability, and the ability to manage cross-functional teams effectively.

• Assist the COO in managing and optimizing operational functions across business units
• Drive the implementation of strategic initiatives and track execution progress
• Monitor KPIs to evaluate performance and recommend improvements
• Coordinate cross-departmental collaboration to ensure smooth delivery of services
• Identify operational risks and lead mitigation strategies
• Lead special projects or initiatives as assigned by the COO
• Prepare reports, presentations, and updates for the executive team and board
• Act as a representative of the COO in meetings and decision-making processes when required
• Support budgeting, resource planning, and cost optimization initiatives
• Contribute to building a high-performance culture with accountability and excellence

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or related field.
• 7–10 years of experience in operations or strategic leadership roles, ideally within the IT or tech sector
• Proven ability to manage teams, drive execution, and lead change
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Local Nationality - Fluent in English and Arabic
• Proactive and hands-on leadership style
• Strategic thinker with operational attention to detail
• Highly organized and adaptable to a dynamic work environment
