Project Director - Vill; EOI

JASARA PMC is actively seeking a highly qualified Project Director - Vill (EOI) to oversee and manage our residential projects in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for the successful execution of our visionary projects, focusing on creating sustainable and innovative living environments that meet the needs of communities.

The ideal candidate will demonstrate extensive experience in managing large-scale residential developments and possess a deep understanding of the construction lifecycle. As a leader, you will guide your team to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

• Lead the overall project execution from design through construction to delivery, ensuring alignment with the strategic vision of JASARA PMC.
• Coordinate project planning, budgeting, and scheduling activities, while managing risks and ensuring quality control.
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients, stakeholders, and contractors to facilitate effective communication and project success.
• Monitor project performance, preparing reports and presentations for senior management and stakeholders.
• Ensure that all work is performed in accordance with relevant regulations and company policies.
• Foster a collaborative environment by mentoring and guiding project staff to achieve their full potential.

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or related field;
  Master's degree preferred.
• At least 15 years of experience in project management, particularly in residential and community development projects.
• Proven success in delivering large-scale projects on time and within budget.
• Strong leadership capabilities with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comprehensive knowledge of project management methodologies and tools.
• Ability to effectively manage multiple priorities and adapt to changing conditions.
• Experience working with regulatory requirements specific to Saudi Arabia.
• A strong commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement.
