insurance company
is seeking a seasoned
Head of Sales
to spearhead its commercial growth and lead its sales organization toward ambitious expansion goals. This executive role demands a leader with sharp business acumen, deep understanding of the insurance market, and a proven record of building and managing high-performing sales teams.

The Head of Sales will be responsible for defining and executing strategic sales plans, optimizing performance across corporate and retail segments, and driving long-term client relationships that translate into sustainable revenue growth. This is a pivotal role for a results-oriented professional ready to shape the future of the company’s market position and profitability.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement an overarching sales strategy that drives business growth and market penetration.
  • Lead and mentor the sales team, fostering a culture of high performance, accountability, and continuous development.
  • Set clear sales goals and performance metrics to ensure achievement of revenue targets.
  • Identify new market opportunities and develop strategies to address them proactively.
  • Collaborate with the executive team to align sales strategies with overall business goals.
  • Analyze sales data and market trends to make informed strategic decisions.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
  • Oversee the sales budgeting process and ensure proper resource allocation.
  • Implement training programs to enhance the team's selling capabilities and product knowledge.
  • Regularly report on sales performance and provide insights and recommendations to the senior leadership team.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in sales, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
  • Proven track record of driving sales growth and achieving revenue targets.
  • Strong understanding of sales principles, strategies, and best practices.
  • Exceptional leadership, coaching, and team-building skills.
  • Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Ability to implement data-driven decision-making processes.
  • Experience in developing and managing large sales teams.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; an MBA is a plus.
