As part of this exciting growth journey, we are seeking a commercially driven, results-oriented Head of Sales – Middle East to join the leadership team. Based in Riyadh KSA, this is a pivotal opportunity to shape regional sales strategy, lead commercial execution, and drive market share across a diverse and competitive landscape.

The Role

The Head of Sales – Middle East will be responsible for defining and executing the regional sales strategy across all channels — from modern trade and traditional retail to food service and e-commerce. Leading a large, cross-market team, you will play a critical role in building strong customer partnerships, optimising route‑to‑market models, and delivering sustainable revenue growth across the region.

This is a high‑impact leadership position that requires commercial excellence, strategic agility, and the ability to inspire and lead teams in a fast‑paced, multicultural environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Commercial Strategy: Develop and implement a best‑in‑class sales strategy to drive revenue growth, market share, and profitability across the Middle East.
  • Channel Development: Lead sales execution across modern trade, traditional trade, on‑trade, and e‑commerce channels, ensuring optimal coverage and performance.
  • Customer Partnerships: Build and strengthen strategic relationships with key retailers, distributors, and customers, driving joint business planning and long‑term partnerships.
  • Team Leadership: Inspire, coach, and lead a high‑performing sales organisation, building capability and ensuring operational excellence across all markets.
  • Route‑to‑Market Optimisation: Continuously assess and evolve RTM strategies to enhance efficiency, expand market reach, and improve distribution performance.
  • Forecasting & Planning: Oversee sales forecasting, budgeting, and performance tracking, ensuring delivery against ambitious commercial targets.
  • Cross‑Functional

    Collaboration:

    Partner closely with marketing, finance, supply chain, and category teams to deliver integrated growth strategies and business results.
  • Market Expansion: Identify and capitalise on new growth opportunities across existing and emerging markets, adapting commercial models to local dynamics.
Candidate Profile

We are seeking a dynamic, commercially astute sales leader with a strong track record of delivering growth within the FMCG industry. The ideal candidate will combine strategic vision with hands‑on execution and bring a deep understanding of regional market dynamics.

Requirements:

  • 12–15+ years of progressive sales leadership experience within the FMCG sector, ideally within food & beverages.
  • Proven success in managing large‑scale sales operations and delivering strong growth across multiple Middle Eastern markets.
  • Strong experience building and leading high‑performing commercial teams.
  • Demonstrated success in managing key customer relationships and negotiating at a senior level.
