We are excited to announce an exclusive opportunity with a private family office in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia for an Operations Director to lead and oversee their entire operational framework, ensuring seamless coordination and efficiency across all functions.

🚀 As an Operations Director, you will:
Take full ownership of the family office’s operations, driving strategic initiatives, optimizing processes, and ensuring the highest standards of efficiency, discretion, and excellence.

• Operational Oversight:
  Manage all financial, administrative, and project-related activities.
• Strategic Leadership:
  Develop and implement strategies aligned with the family office’s vision and goals.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration:
  
  Partner with finance, investments, and other teams to streamline operations.
• Process Optimization:
  Identify areas for improvement and drive efficiency in operational workflows.
• Project Management:
  Oversee and deliver high-impact projects on time and within scope.
• Vendor & Stakeholder Management:
  Build strong relationships with external and internal stakeholders.

  Ensure adherence to all relevant laws, regulations, and industry best practices.

• Proven experience as an Operations Director or in a similar senior leadership role, preferably in a private family office or related environment.
• Expertise in operations, project management, and cross-functional leadership.
• Fluency in English and Arabic with excellent communication skills.
• Strong experience managing complex operations across both onshore and offshore entities.
• Exceptional organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities.
• Discretion, integrity, and a commitment to maintaining confidentiality.
• Educational Background:
  Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degrees or certifications are a plus.

• Previous experience working in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia or the broader GCC region.
• Familiarity with family office operations or similar private investment environments.
