Strategic Planning and Policy Development

• Lead the development and implementation of an integrated strategy to enable startups, small and medium enterprises (SMEs), and large corporations within the national innovation ecosystem.
• Develop long‑term plans to strengthen the role of companies in achieving Vision 2030 objectives, ensuring alignment of all initiatives with national priorities.
• Guide the development of policies and programs that stimulate corporate growth and accelerate the transition toward technology‑ and innovation‑driven business models.

• Design and implement programs and services that enable companies to leverage Innovation Oasis assets and facilities.
• Lead initiatives to support companies’ local and international expansion and facilitate market access through international partnerships.
• Develop mechanisms to enable large corporations to adopt local technologies and enhance their integration within national supply chains.

• Lead the establishment of strategic partnerships with public and private sector entities.
• Oversee the approval and execution of memoranda of understanding and strategic agreements that deliver added value and enhance corporate sustainability.
• Guide the development of collaborative platforms that connect startups, investors, and large enterprises to foster joint innovation.

• Lead the planning and management of local and international events, conferences, and exhibitions that support corporate enablement and strengthen companies’ presence within the innovation ecosystem.
• Oversee the development of strategic event agendas aimed at showcasing national companies’ achievements and connecting them with global investors and partners.
• Represent innovation oases at national and international forums and actively promote partnership opportunities.

• Lead the development and implementation of mechanisms for managing corporate projects and investment portfolios to ensure sustainable economic and social impact.
• Oversee the evaluation of investment and operational performance of partner companies and provide accurate periodic reports to senior management.
• Ensure the implementation of risk management plans and enhance companies’ resilience to economic and technological changes.

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Investment, Economics, or any related field.
• 8+ years of experience in Project Management, Executive Support, communication, or any other related field.
• Preferred 4 years in a leadership role.
