Senior Cost Manager

JASARA PMC is seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Cost Manager to join our innovative team. This senior-level role provides an exciting opportunity for a professional with a proven track record in project cost management to take the lead on major projects and drive financial success. You will play a key role in overseeing cost estimation processes, budget management, and financial reporting.

• Lead the development and implementation of cost management strategies across a variety of projects.
• Prepare comprehensive cost estimates, budgets, and forecasts tailored to each project’s requirements.
• Monitor project financial performance, identify variances, and recommend corrective actions.
• Analyze complex cost data and prepare detailed reports for management and stakeholders.
• Collaborate closely with project managers and engineers to facilitate effective cost control.
• Oversee the procurement process, including evaluating contracts and negotiating terms and prices with suppliers.
• Manage and mentor junior cost management staff, providing guidance and support.
• Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and cost estimation methodologies to ensure best practices are followed.

• Bachelor s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Finance, or a related field.
• At least 10 years of experience in cost management, with a minimum of 5 years in a senior role within the construction or project management industry.
• Strong proficiency in project cost control and estimation software.
• In-depth knowledge of contract management and negotiation.
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
• Outstanding communication and leadership abilities, with experience in managing teams.
• Ability to work effectively in a dynamic, high-paced environment.
• Familiarity with regional market trends and pricing structures in the Middle East is preferred.
