, to appoint a Senior Director – Events
. This is a senior leadership role for an individual with a proven track record in delivering large-scale, high-impact events while leading cross-functional teams and managing complex stakeholder environments.

The Senior Director will be responsible for shaping and executing event strategies that align with client objectives and brand positioning. The role requires a balance of strategic oversight, creative direction, and operational excellence to ensure seamless delivery of premium, immersive event experiences.

• Define and lead end-to-end event strategies aligned with client goals and brand narratives, ensuring distinctive and memorable experiences.
• Build, manage, and sustain senior-level client relationships, translating vision and expectations into exceptional delivery.
• Oversee full event production lifecycle, including concept development, venue selection, logistics, vendor management, and on-site execution.
• Develop, manage, and control event budgets, ensuring effective resource allocation and cost-efficient outcomes.
• Partner closely with creative teams to conceptualise innovative and engaging event experiences.
• Lead risk assessment and mitigation planning to ensure operational continuity and flawless execution.
• Conduct comprehensive post-event evaluations, providing detailed performance analysis and actionable insights.
• Stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices, continuously introducing innovation into the event portfolio.
• Manage internal and external stakeholders, including suppliers, contractors, and partners, to ensure consistent delivery standards.

• Demonstrated ability to lead, mentor, and motivate cross-functional teams in fast-paced, high-pressure environments.
• Strong project management expertise, with a proven ability to manage multiple concurrent projects.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with confidence operating at senior stakeholder level.
• Commercially astute, with strong budgeting, planning, and analytical capabilities.
• Highly detail-oriented, with a creative mindset and a passion for experiential excellence.

• Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 8+ years of progressive experience in events, experiential marketing, or a closely related field.
• Extensive exposure to large-scale, complex events and senior client engagement.
