The Senior Manager – Invoice Management is responsible for overseeing the end-to-end invoice process management, payment processing, cost control, and comprehensive reporting for major transport infrastructure projects. This role will have strong expertise in various systems associated with reporting and forecasting including SAP Fiori, Power BI, PRISM, Oracle Unifier, or similar systems. This role ensures timely payment of supply chain partners, financial discipline, accurate forecasting, and detailed reporting to support strategic decision-making and project success.
Core Responsibilities- Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Commercial Management, Cost Engineering, or a related field.
- Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) membership preferred but not mandatory.
- 10–15 years of construction delivery experience – ideally across both Contractor and Consultancy environments, with exposure to program-wide roles and large commercial teams managing multiple projects.
- Proven major program experience – managing multiple projects, conflicting priorities, and diverse stakeholders.
- Previous KSA / Middle East experience preferred.
- Experience leading Commercial and Invoice Management functions within major projects in highly regulated, complex, and matrixed environments.
- Provides strategic support and guidance in managing and prioritizing workloads across commercial and contract administration teams; deadline-driven with strong ability to optimize efficiency.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English – capable of articulating ideas, strategies, and project performance to a wide range of audiences and influencing at senior levels.
- In-depth knowledge and hands‑on experience with enterprise‑level management software such as SAP Fiori, PRISM, Oracle Unifier, or similar payment and accounting systems.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to convey clear technical direction to senior stakeholders.
- Extensive experience in developing, implementing, and managing business systems, including establishing policies and procedures relevant to the role and across projects.
- Highly analytical, thorough, and adept at problem-solving.
- Proven ability to connect people and issues effectively, driving swift and informed resolutions.
