General Summary
The Director - Tennis - Asset Management is a crucial leadership role within the Qiddiya Investment Company (“QIC”), focusing on the management and strategic development of tennis assets within the Qiddiya City. This position is responsible for ensuring the successful operation and integration of tennis facilities, contributing to Qiddiya's vision of becoming a world-class entertainment destination.
Key Responsibilities- Lead the asset management strategy for tennis facilities, ensuring alignment with QIC’s vision and goals.
- Oversee the operational performance and management of all tennis-related assets, focusing on optimizing performance and guest experience.
- Develop and implement policies, standards, and key performance indicators (KPIs) for tennis assets.
- Work closely with stakeholders to ensure that all tennis offerings are world-class and meet the needs of the community and visitors.
- Manage strategic partnerships and relationships with tennis associations, coaches, and service providers.
- Ensure compliance with local regulations and best practices within the tennis industry.
- Engage in marketing and promotional activities to boost awareness and participation in tennis programs.
- Collaborate with other asset management teams to enhance overall guest experiences at Qiddiya.
- Prepare and manage budgets for all tennis operations, ensuring financial sustainability and growth.
- Conduct regular performance analysis and reporting on tennis assets, making recommendations for improvement.
- Assist in the recruitment and training of staff for tennis operations.
- Implement sustainability initiatives within tennis management in alignment with QIC’s ESG commitments.
- Degree in Sports Management, Business, or a related field.
- Relevant tennis coaching certifications or memberships in industry organizations.
- 10+ years experience in sports management or asset management in the sports industry.
- 5+ years in a leadership role with direct experience in managing tennis facilities or programs.
- International experience and familiarity with tennis markets is preferred.
