Job Description As the Data Centers Lead for KSA you will be responsible for:  
• Sales:  o Actively network, build and develop client relationships across data centres (“DC”) market,  o Develop opportunities on the DC Market into proposals and sales,  o Liaise with other JLL expertise and departments to build integrated multi-expertise approaches to solve our clients complex problems (Leasing agency, Capital Markets, Sustainability, Consulting, Smart Building, Design&Build etc.),  o Lead bid responses on behalf of Project & Development services, confidently deliver client presentations / pitches,  o Manage or supervise contract negotiation process until signature.

• Operations:  o Develop the P&DS business in the DC market,  o Develop a team of DC specialists (PM, MEP, etc.) in KSA,  o Manage DC development projects,  o Participating in drawing up the development strategy for the Data Centres market for all P&DS business lines:
Development advisory   Building consultancy   PMO   Major schemes (base build)   Project & Cost Management for Investors/Landlord (base build)   Project Management for Occupiers (fit-out)   Net Zero Carbon asset strategies and projects
