Senior Project Manager

The Sr. Project Manager is responsible for the overall success, safety, and timely completion of a construction project. The Sr. Project Manager will plan and manage project construction activities and schedules and provide technical consultation to project teams, government agencies, and clients.

Requirements include:

• 12-15 years of project management experience on large commercial construction projects ($50M+);
• Knowledge of scheduling and organization techniques;
• Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills;
• Authorization to work in the United States and the ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance, with willingness to work overseas;
• An Engineering Bachelor’s degree;
• Previous experience with OBO/Embassy and/or US Government overseas contracts.

KNOWLEDGE, EXPERIENCE, AND SPECIAL

SKILLS REQUIRED:

• Must be authorized to work in the United States and able to obtain a U.S. Security clearance (Secret Clearance required);
• Four (4) year technical or engineering degree (or equivalent advanced degree) plus extensive experience in managing construction segments;
• Advanced knowledge of the construction industry and company operations;
• Experience managing multiple large-scale, complex projects;
• Excellent organizational, leadership, communication, and analytical skills;
• Working knowledge of the Federal Acquisition Regulations.
