About the Role

The selected leader will be responsible for building a high-performance sales organization, shaping commercial strategy, and driving significant revenue growth across multiple segments. Key Responsibilities
  • Lead, structure, and develop a large sales team with clear KPIs and performance frameworks.
  • Drive revenue targets through effective forecasting, planning, and pipeline management.
  • Optimize sales processes, pricing models, and go‑to‑market activities.
  • Conduct regular field engagement to stay aligned with market behavior and opportunities.
  • Manage P&L components related to sales performance and commercial operations.
  • Implement coaching, capability‑building, and succession planning within the team.
  • Collaborate with product, strategy, and operational stakeholders to support business objectives.
Ideal Candidate Profile
  • 10+ years of leadership experience in digital platforms, marketplaces, SaaS, tech‑enabled commercial sales, or subscription‑based models
    .
  • Strong track record of scaling sales teams and consistently achieving aggressive revenue targets.
  • Excellent command of KPIs, analytics, forecasting, and commercial decision‑making.
  • Hands‑on, field‑oriented leader with a strong coaching mindset.
  • Ability to manage complexity, lead through change, and operate in fast‑paced environments.
