Qiddiya Investment Company is seeking an accomplished Director - Commercial to join our innovative team dedicated to redefining the entertainment experience in Saudi Arabia. This strategic leadership role is essential in driving revenue growth, enhancing customer experiences, and expanding our market presence.

As the Director - Commercial, you will be responsible for the formulation and execution of commercial strategies that align with Qiddiya's mission. You will lead a high‑performing commercial team, focusing on sales, marketing, and business development initiatives that inspire customer engagement and foster sustainable business relationships. This role requires a visionary leader with exceptional analytical and problem‑solving skills, capable of working cross‑functionally to create comprehensive initiatives that fulfill business goals.

Your ability to communicate effectively and negotiate with stakeholders will be crucial in this position.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement commercial strategies to achieve financial goals and enhance brand visibility
  • Lead the sales and marketing teams, ensuring the successful execution of commercial plans
  • Establish and strengthen relationships with key partners, customers, and other stakeholders
  • Analyze market trends and performance data to refine strategic plans and identify new opportunities
  • Guide the negotiation and execution of contracts, ensuring favorable terms for the company
  • Collaborate with other departments to integrate commercial strategies with operational policies
  • Monitor and report on commercial performance metrics to inform decision‑making
Requirements
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in a commercial leadership role within the entertainment, sports, or hospitality sectors
  • Demonstrated success in developing and implementing effective commercial strategies
  • Strong leadership skills with experience managing and mentoring teams
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills
  • Proficiency in market analysis and strategic planning
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast‑paced environment
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; a Master's degree is advantageous
