Warehouse Manager

Our company in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia is seeking a professional and experienced Warehouse Manager to join our team. As the Warehouse Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of warehouse operations, ensuring efficient and timely handling of goods and inventory management.

• Develop and implement warehouse operational policies and procedures to ensure smooth operations.
• Monitor and maintain inventory levels, ensuring accuracy through regular stock checks.
• Plan and coordinate incoming/outgoing shipments to meet customer demands.
• Train, supervise, and manage warehouse staff to ensure productivity and adherence to safety regulations.
• Oversee loading/unloading of goods, ensuring proper handling techniques are followed.
• Ensure compliance with local laws and regulations regarding storage, handling, and transportation of goods.
• Collaborate with other departments to improve overall supply chain processes.
• Identify areas for process improvement and implement solutions to increase efficiency.
• Maintain accurate records of incoming/outgoing shipments, inventory levels, and performance metrics.

• Bachelor's degree in logistics or related field preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years experience in a similar role in a warehouse or distribution center environment.
• Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively.
• Strong knowledge of warehouse operations and inventory management principles.
• Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic proficiency is a plus).
• Proficient in using warehouse management systems (WMS) and other relevant software programs.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
