Job Title: Club Manager
Location: Riyadh
Reports to: Cluster Manager
Job Purpose: To assist in overseeing daily operations of the branch, ensuring smooth coordination between departments, maintaining service quality, supporting sales performance, and ensuring a clean, safe, and member-focused environment.
Responsibilities- Support branch operations and daily task delegation.
- Supervise front desk, fitness, sales, and customer service areas.
- Ensure proper implementation of operational and administrative policies.
- Submit weekly operational reports to the Cluster Manager.
- Help achieve membership and retention targets.
- Handle member issues promptly and effectively.
- Oversee club cleanliness, maintenance, and readiness.
- Fully take over administrative duties in the absence of the Branch Manager.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in gyms, fitness centers, or service-related industries, preferably in a supervisory role.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Familiarity with membership management systems and scheduling tools.
- Flexibility to work in shifts and weekends.
