Regional Highrise Project Manager – Advanced Formwork Co. Ltd (Doka), Riyadh, Saudi Arabia

Advanced Formwork Co. Ltd (Doka) is a world leader in formwork and scaffolding solutions. We are seeking an experienced Regional Highrise Project Manager to lead and manage Highrise construction projects across Saudi Arabia.

The role requires a dynamic project manager who will be the main point of contact with customers, manage technical planning, engineering teams, and ensure projects meet safety, compliance, and economic guidelines from design to completion. The position is based in our Riyadh office.

• Lead and manage Highrise construction projects.
• Serve as the primary customer contact.
• Accountable for technical planning, project formation, and managing multiple projects and engineering teams.
• Provide strong leadership, technical direction, and continuous training on Formwork systems.
• Determine and plan technical solutions for Highrise projects.
• Support the sales team in identifying appropriate formwork solutions that meet customer needs and comply with safety and regulatory guidelines.
• Perform analysis, design, and price calculations as required; monitor conformance with contractual guidelines.
• Coordinate project activities and daily operations.

• Technical or Civil Engineering qualification.
• Experience with AutoCAD 2D.
• At least 5 years of intensive experience in Highrise projects.
• Minimum 10 years of project management experience.
• Track record managing projects in the formwork & scaffolding industry.
• Experience leading cross‑functional or international teams.
• Strong communication skills in English (Arabic speaker preferred).
• Background in high‑rise industry projects, preferably in Middle East countries, especially Saudi Arabia.
• Master’s degree in management is preferable.
