As a Compound General Manager
you will be responsible for overseeing all operations within the compound, ensuring efficient management of facilities, community services, and resident activities. The role involves supervising daily operations, coordinating maintenance and service teams, managing budgets, and enhancing the overall community experience.

The position involves:

• Manage all compound facilities, including maintenance, security, landscaping, and housekeeping.
• Oversee community activities and ensure a vibrant and engaging environment for residents.
• Develop and implement operational procedures to ensure high standards of service and safety.
• Coordinate with service providers and contractors to ensure quality and timely delivery of services.
• Handle residents’ inquiries and complaints professionally, ensuring satisfaction and quick resolution.
• Monitor budgets, control operational costs, and prepare performance reports.
• Lead community development initiatives and enhance communication between management and residents.

We are Looking for:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or related field.
• Proven experience in community management, property management, or facilities operations.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple functions and deliver under pressure.
• Customer-focused with excellent problem-solving abilities.
