Lenovo EMEA Global Supply Chain organization is searching for an Order Fulfillment specialist to join our team. This is a role to manage remote site order execution operations and E&O management.
The role consists of managing Lenovo order execution and fulfillment, communication with various teams. Given the fact that Lenovo is an international company and our teams are based cross GEOs there will be an opportunity to communicate and cooperate with teams all over the world.
Detailed responsibilities- Proactively manages processes supporting order fulfillment
- Responsible for daily shortage management and CA/Capacity management by placing necessary information and reports into internal database like missing report, order level BPS/ONS analysis/ATB generation/MO tracking etc to support
- Dealing with GSM/QE/ME etc to prepare material for production and follow up with Tech/Quality issue
- PSD/Backlog management starts with Notebook/Desktop, focus on PSD commit and critical order management
- Liability management to control PI/FGI to min E&O impact from manufactory
- Must ensure an adequate professional communication towards internal departments and take actions to constantly improve process
