- The IP Dispute Committees’ Support Specialist is responsible to receive appeals against trademark examination decisions, and patent revocation requests or appeals against the grant acceptance/rejection and issue decisions in the same, as well as reviewing all copyright violations.
Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree is required, preferable in Law or equivalent
- 6 years of experience preferable in legal/committees management field
