What the day will look like:
- Manage and service an assigned portfolio of Health & Benefits clients, ensuring all aspects of client servicing are delivered to the highest standard.
- Supervise and monitor Account Handlers to ensure deliverables are completed accurately and on time.
- Review and check all documentation, policies, and invoices prior to submission to clients, confirming sums insured, terms, and conditions agreed with underwriters.
- Sign off on “Know Your Client” documentation, basic policy review checklists, and new business acquisition forms, ensuring files comply with Aon’s underwriting and compliance policies.
- Make regular client visits to support client retention and relationship-building strategies.
- Issue debit/credit notes and invoices to clients promptly and accurately.
- Monitor claims activity, proactively supporting the Claims Supervisor to ensure timely resolution and settlement.
- Participate in negotiations and support the Claims Supervisor on large and complex claims to achieve favorable outcomes for clients.
- Clearly explain policy exclusions, warranties, and special conditions to clients, ensuring thorough understanding and providing written documentation.
- Ensure Account Handlers set up all renewal, marketing, and new business files in compliance with Aon policy and procedures.
- Oversee the maintenance and accuracy of filing systems, ensuring all files are managed according to Aon’s standards.
- Collaborate with the Account Manager and Claims Supervisor to deliver seamless client service and drive operational excellence.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Health & Benefits insurance products, regulatory requirements, and market developments in Saudi Arabia.
- Demonstrate commitment to Aon’s values of integrity, respect, and continuous improvement.
- Bachelor’s degree in insurance, Risk Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in insurance account handling, with at least 3 years in Health & Benefits or employee benefits.
- IFCE certification is required.
- Ability to travel locally for client visits as required.
- Fluent in Arabic is required.
- English professional level is required.
- Proficiency in insurance administration systems, CRM platforms, and Microsoft Office, especially Excel is required.
- CII certificate (preferred).
- Strong technical knowledge of health insurance products, policy administration, claims management, and regulatory compliance (SAMA, CCHI).
- Excellent client servicing, relationship management, and communication skills.
- High attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Strong leadership and team supervision abilities.
- Commitment to personal and professional development through continuous learning.
