Chief Operating Officer

Responsibilities

• Execute the company’s short and long term growth strategy in AI and digital services.
• Lead business development initiatives to secure new contracts and expand strategic partnerships.
• Drive revenue growth by targeting major clients including government entities, mega projects, energy companies, and large infrastructure programs.
• Strengthen the sales and tendering functions to compete for and win major technology and digital transformation projects.
• Expand the ecosystem of technology partners and alliances to increase project eligibility and capabilities.
• Develop and scale delivery capabilities both locally in Saudi Arabia and internationally through service partners.
• Build and mentor a high performing leadership team across operations, engineering, and business development.
• Oversee financial performance including P&L management, budgeting, and forecasting.
• Identify new market opportunities, partnerships, and potential acquisitions to strengthen the company’s position in AI and digital technologies.

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
• MBA or equivalent executive education is preferred.
• 15 to 20 years of experience in IT, Artificial Intelligence, or Digital Transformation sectors.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in senior leadership roles within reputable technology or digital service providers.
• Proven experience in building or scaling AI, data, or digital technology companies.
• Strong track record of generating new business and achieving aggressive revenue targets.
• Deep technical understanding of AI, data platforms, and digital solutions.
• Strong commercial and financial management skills with experience in P&L ownership.
• Demonstrated leadership ability to manage and grow cross-functional teams.
