Technical Product Manager – AI / Generative AI

We are seeking an experienced Technical Product Manager to lead the development and delivery of AI and Generative AI solutions for major public sector clients in the UAE
. This role sits at the intersection of product management, AI solution design, and technical consulting
, working closely with senior stakeholders and engineering teams to deliver scalable AI products aligned with national digital transformation initiatives.

• Lead the end-to-end delivery of AI products
  , from discovery and use-case definition to deployment and value realisation
• Define product requirements, technical specifications, and roadmaps for AI and GenAI solutions
• Design scalable AI application solutions in collaboration with data science and engineering teams
• Manage product backlogs, sprint planning, and prioritisation to ensure effective delivery
• Engage with senior stakeholders to translate business needs into technical product solutions
• Support pre-sales and client engagements, presenting AI capabilities and solution designs

• 8–12+ years’ experience in technical product management, AI, or digital product delivery
• Strong experience with AI/ML or Generative AI technologies (LLMs)
• Proven ability to design and deliver enterprise-scale AI or data-driven products
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and consulting skills
• Experience working in consulting, technology, or complex enterprise environments

• Experience working with government or public sector organisations
• Understanding of AI governance, MLOps, and cloud-based AI platforms
