Storage Systems Specialist

We are looking for a skilled Storage Systems Specialist with at least 5 years of experience in managing and maintaining enterprise storage environments. The role involves ensuring high availability, performance optimization, and secure data storage across the organization’s infrastructure.

• Manage, maintain, and monitor enterprise storage systems and infrastructure.
• Configure and support storage solutions such as SAN, NAS, and backup systems.
• Monitor storage performance, capacity planning, and system optimization.
• Implement and maintain data protection, backup, and disaster recovery solutions.
• Troubleshoot and resolve storage-related issues and incidents.
• Ensure data availability, integrity, and security across all storage platforms.
• Collaborate with system, network, and database teams to support infrastructure needs.
• Perform regular storage upgrades, patches, and maintenance activities.
• Prepare documentation for storage configurations, procedures, and policies.

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field

• Minimum 5 years of experience in storage systems administration.
• Strong experience with SAN, NAS, and enterprise storage technologies
  .
• Knowledge of backup solutions, replication, and disaster recovery technologies
  .
• Experience with major storage vendors such as Dell EMC, Net App, HPE, or similar
  .
• Familiarity with virtualization platforms such as VMware or Hyper-V.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
• Relevant certifications in storage or infrastructure technologies are a plus.
