We are looking for an IT Instructor to deliver technical training and support learners in developing their IT knowledge and practical skills.
Requirements- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in IT or technical training.
- Strong knowledge of fundamental IT concepts (systems, networking, troubleshooting).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Good communication and presentation skills.
- ITIL certification is preferred but not required.
- Deliver IT training sessions to trainees.
- Explain technical concepts in a clear and practical way.
- Support learners during training and practical exercises.
- Prepare and update training materials when needed.
