We’re looking for a Data Privacy Assistant Manager to support the development, implementation, and oversight of our data privacy program.

In the insurance industry, protecting sensitive personal data is critical. This role plays an important part in ensuring compliance with data privacy regulations, managing privacy risks, and strengthening our internal data protection practices.

• Support the development and implementation of data privacy policies and procedures
• Conduct risk assessments to identify potential privacy risks
• Manage data privacy incidents, including breach investigations and notifications
• Deliver data privacy training and awareness to employees
• Ensure third-party vendors comply with data privacy requirements
• Monitor regulatory developments and maintain compliance with applicable laws
• Support reporting, monitoring activities, and stakeholder communication related to the privacy framework

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Law, or a related field
• Minimum 6 years of experience in data privacy, compliance, or a related field
• Knowledge of data privacy regulations, risk management, and incident response
• Insurance Foundation Certification (IFCE) is required
• Professional certifications in data privacy or information security are a plus
