- Ensure all RHEL systems comply with vendor recommendations and security best practices.
- Ensure adherence to NCA and NIC cybersecurity regulations.
- Contribute to OS lifecycle planning, upgrades, and decommissioning.
- Install, configure, manage, operate, and maintain RHEL server systems and RHEL Clusters (RHEL 7, 8,
9). - Perform daily operations support including installation, monitoring, troubleshooting, virus protection, and resource observation.
- Manage PACEMAKER clusters.
- Support SAP, SAPHANA, and SAP4
HANA environments running on RHEL. - Review system logs and OS behavior to proactively identify and address issues.
- Build strong working relationships with ERP, application, DB, and web hosting teams for support and maintenance.
- Manage and maintain monitoring agents (SCOM, App Dynamic) and management agents (SCCM).
- Create and maintain technical design and operational documentation.
- Manage user/group account creation, maintenance, and policies.
- Raise and manage Red Hat support tickets including troubleshooting, log collection, and follow-up.
