- Maintain and troubleshoot company website, hosting, domains, and web server.
- Apply updates, security patches, and minor HTML/CSS modifications.
- Monitor server performance, uptime, backups, and system reliability.
- Implement and monitor cybersecurity measures (firewalls, endpoint protection, malware scans, 2FA).
- Support PMS, POS, IoT systems (smart locks, access control), and internal operational systems.
- Provide technical support for hardware, software, network, Wi‑Fi, CCTV, and office equipment.
- Coordinate with vendors and assist the Technical Manager on IT projects.
- Minimum 2+ years of IT support experience.
- Knowledge of Windows Server, basic Linux, DNS, hosting, networking fundamentals, and cybersecurity best practices.
- Experience with hospitality PMS systems such as Oracle Opera PMS or similar is preferred.
- Experience with IoT or smart building systems is a plus.
