Brand Managers at Amazon have end‑to‑end responsibility for the customer experience and growth of the brand they own. Brand managers anticipate customer needs and incorporate them into the functional roadmap to drive major changes or enhancements that improve the customer experience. These changes span across the pre‑purchase and post‑purchase span of the customer journey on and result in simplifying the purchase experience.
Candidate will own specific charters in these areas and work with internal partner teams and external stakeholders to bring about the change. The candidate must be an effective leader and should carry strong business judgment with a track record of strong ownership values and relationship management skills.
- 1+ years of account management, project or program management or buying experience
- Master’s degree
- Experience using analytical specific tools such as Google Analytics, SQL or HTML
- Experience in process improvement
- Experience managing large amounts of data
