The Amazon MENA University Talent Acquisition Team is looking for ambitious students to join us as an Account Manager intern, working in one of our core businesses, including Retail, Amazon Vendor Services, Merchant Services, Prime Video, Prime Now, Amazon Fresh, and Amazon Advertising.
Key Job Responsibilities- Work with a vendor manager to support Amazon’s most strategic brands within a retail category, working backwards from the customer to identify inputs to grow brands and improve performance.
- Gain deep understanding of Amazon’s display advertising products and the technical and operational capabilities, and help account managers create compelling presentations.
- Help account managers deliver new business growth across Amazon’s third‑party merchants.
- Build an understanding of customer pain points, requirements, and potential value that can be delivered by advertising or merchant services.
- Identify target accounts using market data and industry intelligence.
- Learn the advertising or merchant services portfolio and Amazon culture.
- Identify opportunities to improve products, services, processes, systems, and tools.
- Work with different parts of the Amazon business to implement improvement projects, including category teams, product teams, and technical support teams.
- Develop the analytical and problem‑solving skills that our people are known for.
- Support vendor managers and other Amazonians in functions such as in‑stock and marketing.

Internship length can vary between 3 and 6 months.
Basic Qualifications- Currently enrolled in or will receive a Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree with a graduation date between December 2026 and June 2027.
- Enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in business administration, management, economics, e‑commerce, mathematics, engineering, statistics, or a related field.
- Legal right to work in Saudi Arabia.
- Fluent written and verbal communication in English.
- Available to commence an internship between January and December 2026, and able to commit to 3‑6 months full time (40 h/week).
- Excellent communications and presentation skills.
- Ability to work on own initiative and as part of a team.
- Results‑driven focus with analytical capability.
- Ability to innovate and simplify current processes and practices.
- Strong direct sales skills and a proven track record of performance.
- Experience working with clients.
- High affinity towards data and technology with ability to dive deep and analyze opportunities and processes.
