Business Architect - Appian LCNC

Role Overview

We are looking for a Business Architect – Appian (Low-Code/No-Code) to bridge business strategy with digital execution
. The role involves translating complex business requirements into scalable Appian-based process and application architectures aligned with enterprise objectives.

The ideal candidate will have strong business analysis and process transformation experience
, particularly within banking or financial services
, along with a solid understanding of Appian capabilities and low-code platforms
.

• Lead business requirement discovery workshops with stakeholders to capture functional and process requirements.
• Translate business needs into solution blueprints and functional designs using Appian LCNC capabilities

• Define end-to-end business architecture
  , including process flows, capability models, and operating models.
• Identify process optimization, digitization, and automation opportunities
  .
• Collaborate closely with Appian developers, architects, and process designers to ensure functional alignment and feasibility.
• Develop and maintain BRDs, FRDs, process maps, and solution documentation
  .
• Define KPIs, SLAs, and measurable outcomes for digital transformation initiatives.
• Support solution design, presales discussions, effort estimations, and impact assessments
  .
• Ensure solutions comply with governance, regulatory, and compliance requirements
  .
• Provide advisory support on digital transformation initiatives and operating model improvements
  .

• 5–8 years of experience in Business Analysis, Business Architecture, or Digital Transformation roles
  .
• 2+ years of experience with Appian or similar Low-Code/No-Code platforms
  .
• Strong understanding of BPMN, workflow automation, and case management frameworks
  .
• Experience working on Banking, Financial Services, or enterprise transformation projects
  .
• Ability to design scalable digital operating models and process architectures
  .
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, and workshop facilitation skills
  .
• Experience preparing solution documentation, RFP responses, and estimation models
  .

• Appian Certification (Level 1 / Level
  2) – preferred.
• TOGAF or Business Architecture certification – an advantage.
• Exposure to integration architecture (APIs, ESB, microservices).
• Familiarity with Agile / Scrum delivery models
  .
