We are seeking a Solution Sales Expert – Enterprise Capabilities Transformation who can translate this breadth of expertise into strategic growth and long-term executive partnerships across the Saudi market.
What You Will Do Account Ownership & Strategic Leadership- Serve as the Enterprise Capabilities & Human Capital solution owner within assigned strategic accounts, owning the end-to-end transformation relationship.
- Develop and execute multi-year account strategies aligned with organizational capability building, workforce modernization, and ICG growth objectives.
- Act as a trusted advisor to CHROs, Chief Strategy Officers, and executive leadership, shaping enterprise capability and human capital transformation roadmaps.
- Lead value discovery sessions across enterprise capability development, operating model redesign, workforce transformation, leadership enablement, digital HR platforms, and employee experience initiatives.
- Assess current-state organizational maturity, identify productivity and capability gaps, and design prioritized transformation programs aligned with Vision 2030 and national workforce initiatives.
- Identify, qualify, and expand enterprise capability and human capital transformation opportunities within existing and new accounts.
- Build and forecast a strong transformation pipeline and drive opportunities from executive discovery to close.
- Drive whitespace expansion and multi-year advisory, capability development, and HR technology programs.
- Position capability development, digital HR, automation, and AI-enabled workforce solutions as strategic enablers of productivity, compliance, and organizational performance.
- Lead go-to-market initiatives for modern workforce capabilities including talent analytics, workforce planning, leadership development, and intelligent automation.
- Develop executive-level ROI business cases focused on institutional performance, workforce productivity, cost optimization, compliance assurance, and employee experience improvement.
- Lead complex pricing discussions, contract structuring, and long-term enterprise transformation agreements.
- Partner with advisory and delivery teams to ensure transformation adoption and measurable value realization.
- Lead QBRs focused on capability maturity progression, localization targets, compliance alignment, and expansion opportunities.
- Collaborate with systems integrators and consulting partners operating in KSA, including Deloitte, PwC, EY, McKinsey & Company, Boston Consulting Group, Bain & Company, and other regional advisory partners to co-develop joint opportunities and accelerate customer outcomes.
- Orchestrate advisory, HR technology, change management, leadership development, and workforce enablement teams to ensure disciplined execution across the transformation lifecycle.
- 10 – 15+ years of enterprise capabilities transformation, HR transformation, or consulting sales experience within KSA.
- Proven success selling enterprise capability development, workforce transformation, or HCM-related services in Saudi Arabia.
- Experience closing complex, multi-year advisory or digital HR programs locally.
- Demonstrated experience collaborating with systems integrators and consulting partners operating in KSA (Deloitte, PwC, EY, McKinsey & Company, Boston Consulting Group, Bain & Company, etc.)
